With the hex wrench, It adjusts to create circles from 7/8" to 4" (22 mm to 100 mm) diameter circles. Includeshigh speed steel cutting blade & 1/4" pilot drill bit. for thereplacement #4 high speed cutter. For use with a drill press only - Maximum safe speed 500 RPM.
