A high quality & classic solid brass doorknob rosette. This beauty is made of forged solid brass, & is thick for durability & high-class style. Once you have this rosette in your hand, you will instantly tell that it is a quality piece of hardware. This particular rosette is designed for both solid doors, & 2-1/8" diameter hole modern pre-bored doors (must have the companion #H8873-C style rosette piece, which has two built-in threaded shanks). The rosette is designed for a privacy (locking) function on doors, & the little hole is used for the little privacy pin on latches. The excellent craftsmanship used to create these rosettes will produce an addition to your home that will add both elegance & grace!
