The "Grnsfors Bruk Drawknife" is a traditional woodworking hand tool used to shape wood by drawing the blade across logs & wood material in long strokes. It consists of a 13-1/2" long cutting edge blade & 10" long handles on each end. The blade has a slight curve to conform to the natural log shape. The drawknife includes a grain leather sheath as well.
Each axe head is hand-forged from special Swedish steel which is then honed, tempered, & annealed to the perfect hardness by the experienced Grnsfors Bruk Swedish smiths who stamp their initials on the head, creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece you'll treasure for years to come.
