  This JapaneseKyusakichi "Ajikiri Deba" Laminated Knife is good for slicing fish & meats. The 5-3/4" (145 mm) medium long& 1-1/4" (32 mm) medium narrow blade is suitable for slicing tasks. Laminated with high carbon and mild steel. Includes plastic sleeve for protection. Made in Japan.
