This latch is well made with a durable riveted pivot turn, unlike many basic casement latches out on the market today. It is designed for left hand operation & comes with both mortise & rim strikes for multiple applications. The lever latch secures casement window frames or even small doors, cabinet doors, etc.This traditional lever lock is designed in the early 20th century style of hardware, but will fit in with any time period up to the current modern styles. Beautify & strengthen your windows with this vintage-style & attractive piece of hardware.
