• This precision Veritas Honing Guide is a durable & accurate jig for shapening edge-cutting tools. Ithas a very wide roller, &is uniquely suited to adding a micro bevel after sharpening. Simply hone then turn the guide setting knob &give it a few more strokes.The main frame is made from a die-casting, & the other parts are all machined from brass &steel. For maximum versatility, it should be used with the angle setting jigwhich has the five most common bevel angles built into a pentagon wheel. For chisel & plane iron bladesup to 2-3/8 wide & 5/8 thickness. *Note: Stone & Chisel in picture not included.
